Privacy Notice

1. Who we are
Omniflux is operated by Raudhah Capital Sdn. Bhd. ("the Provider"). This Privacy Notice is issued under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and is published in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
2. What we hold
Account data: your name, email address, role, and branch.
Conversations: message contents and phone numbers of the Client’s customers, stored so the Client’s team can work a shared inbox.
Billing records of the Client, including uploaded payment receipts.
Consent records: which document version you accepted and when.
Technical records of administrative actions and integration errors — these hold metadata (who did what, when), never message contents.
3. How we use it
To operate the service, provide support and troubleshooting, manage billing, and meet legal obligations.
Data is never sold and never used for advertising.
4. Who can see what
Conversations are visible to the Client’s own team according to role and branch.
The Provider’s management dashboard shows metadata only — invoices, activity records, error records — never message contents.
Because the Provider hosts the system, database-level access to stored data, including conversations, technically exists. That access is limited to operating the service, investigating technical problems, and legal requirements.
5. WhatsApp and Meta
Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Cloud API and are therefore also processed by Meta under Meta’s own terms. The Provider does not control Meta’s processing.
6. Where data is stored
On Provider-managed servers located in Malaysia.
7. How long we keep it
Data is kept while the Client subscribes to Omniflux.
If the Client’s access is suspended, data is kept intact and is reviewed for deletion after 90 days of continuous suspension.
Deleting a Client is irreversible and removes its conversations, numbers, and team data. Error diagnostics may be pruned after 90 days.
8. Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal data by writing to admin@omniflux.net.
For matters about your work account, contact your administrator first.
9. Changes to this Notice
This Notice is versioned by date. When a new version is published, you will be asked to accept it before continuing to use Omniflux.
