1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your individual use of Omniflux, a team inbox for WhatsApp operated by Raudhah Capital Sdn. Bhd. ("the Provider").

You have access because your organisation ("the Client") subscribes to Omniflux. Fees, payment, and commercial matters are agreed between the Client and the Provider separately and are not part of these Terms.

2. Your account

Your login is personal. You are responsible for activity carried out under it.

Keep your password secret. If you suspect your account has been compromised, tell your administrator immediately.

3. Acceptable use

Use Omniflux only for lawful business communication on behalf of the Client. Do not send spam, harassment, or unlawful content.

Messaging runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform — you must also follow WhatsApp and Meta policies. Violations can cause Meta to restrict the Client’s WhatsApp numbers.

4. Customers’ personal data

Conversations in Omniflux contain personal data of the Client’s own customers. Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, the Client is the data user for that data; the Provider processes it on the Client’s behalf.

Handle customer data only as needed for your work. The Client is responsible for its own PDPA obligations toward its customers.

5. Suspension and removal

Your administrator may remove your access at any time.

The Provider may suspend the Client’s access under its arrangement with the Client (for example, non-payment). While suspended, data is kept intact.

6. Service changes

Features may change and short maintenance windows may occur. The Provider works to keep disruption minimal.

7. Changes to these Terms

These Terms are versioned by date. When a new version is published, you will be asked to accept it before continuing to use Omniflux.
